2 Primary Operating Locations: The Company’s principal physical operations are conducted from its offices in Virginia Beach (1500sqf) and Hampton (1200 sqf ). Both centrally located, custom designed for high efficiency and lovely decorated. These locations support day-to-day business activities, including administrative functions, personnel coordination, and customer interaction. Employees regularly work from these offices, and customers may visit these locations as needed. Secondary / Marketing Support Locations: The Company also maintains smaller leased spaces in Williamsburg and Chesapeake. These locations are not used for daily operations and are not staffed on a full-time basis. Instead, they are utilized to support the Company’s digital presence and local market visibility, including anchoring online listings and enhancing geographic coverage for customer acquisition. These secondary locations are intentionally low-cost and limited in size ( less than 100sqf) , with minimal furnishings and no regular operational use. As a result, the associated lease expenses are significantly lower (e.g., approximately $175 per month), reflecting their limited physical use and strategic marketing purpose
