9000 sq ft, 2,000ish office space and the rest warehouse, cinderblock walls and custom garage doors to fit the box trucks installed. New parking lot and culverts installed. Main drawback would be a post in the back warehouse that may limit the total number of trucks able to park in building but hasn't been an issue yet. Portage area does occasionaly have storm issues and sometimes power does get knocked out. Have thought of a standalone generator for building but all trucks have a generator on them so hasn't been an issue yet
