We are in a larger rental facility with a reception area with receptionist desk, two private offices, a large gathering/staging space, a large storage room, a bathroom and a washer and dryer for rags. All in about 1,200 sq.ft. We also have multiple parking spaces both in front and in back of the business. A new owner would be free to relocate to a smaller space or sublet one of the offices as we really don't need all of the space that we have and could get away with less. Good location in a strip mall type setting. Rent is only $2,000/month but the space is on the large side for what is needed. The landlord is flexible and responsive and has been great to work with.
