1600 sq ft of industrial office space. Very spacious for what is required, the first half of the office consists of 7 dedicated offices with closed doors for my manager, sales manager, training room for new employees, owner's office with separate door access, equipment/supply rooms.
In addition, there is a "dispatch/operations" side of the office with a separate entrance. This is a concrete floored area consisting of 4 rooms: a laundry room with utility sink, a supply room with dutch door for dispatching supplies, a break room, and a common area with a couch.
Outside the facility is ample parking. We do not compete for parking with neighboring businesses.
