Facilities
We are a mobile business. No brick and mortar. We provide our services for schools and preschools. I have a storage locker I keep props and materials used for classes that could easily be kept at the new business owner's home. PROS: Low overhead with no rent or utility bills! CONS: Only cons I can really think of is not having a building is you either rent space for bi-weekly meeting, meet at your home or provide lunch for the team. The same thing stands for storing materials - either store in your home or rent storgae space. Since I no longer live in Atlanta I rent storage space to my team has easy access. I provide lunch for the team once a month. They currently meets bi-weekly so the other week they meet on zoom - this works out well.
