We have a 900 sq.ft. warehouse with 6 loading bays, parking for all of our trucks and containers, and access to a break room and bathroom which are in addition to the square footage. It's in an absolutely perfect location at the weighted center of our service area and very close to 4 highways (1, 93, 95, 128) and to our key transfer station, donation centers, and recycling centers. We have a good relationship with the property owner and have a month to month lease which gives flexibility if business needs change. Warehouses are few and far between north of Boston so we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found this one. the warehouse has lockers for employees, and houses our tools and supplies, donations, and certain recyclables that need to stay dry. It can also be used to store items for sale with ReMix Market. I can't think of any drawbacks, it's been great.
