DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen is a full-service interior remodeling franchised business. DreamMaker takes care of every aspect of the remodeling process from permits, design, product selection and installation, trim work, and final clean-up of the job site. The facility includes office space of approximately 400 square feet, 1,000 square foot production area and 1,000 square feet of Design Center. The floor plan is designed for efficient workflow with all of the equipment needed to operate the business in place. The space has a large drive-in bay door with ample customer parking in front.
The Lease term expires August 31, 2026 with a current base monthly rent of $3,350.00.
There was a new construction boom in the 1990’s in the Orland Park area. Many of these homes are now needing remodels.
